Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between Cloop and the purchaser, and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the www.cloop.ch website. The purchase of a product via this site implies unreserved acceptance by the purchaser of these terms and conditions, which he acknowledges having read before placing any order. The buyer declares that the purchase is intended for personal use, with no direct link to a professional activity, and certifies that he/she has the legal capacity to commit him/herself. Cloop reserves the right to modify the present conditions at any time in order to comply with new regulations or to improve the user experience. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order.
Article 2. Products
The products offered are those described on the www.cloop.ch website, while stocks last. Cloop reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented with a detailed description. Visuals are non-contractual. Sales are open to all countries legally accepting the entry of these products.
Article 3. Rates
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and in Euro (€), inclusive of all taxes, including VAT applicable on the day of order. Cloop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the price displayed at the time of ordering. Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed. Standard delivery is free on all orders. For express delivery, a flat rate of 9.95 CHF/€ incl. VAT applies.
Article 4. Order and payment terms
To order, the buyer must create an account on www.cloop.ch. Several payment options are available: - Secure payment by credit card (via saferpay) or (via Stripe) - Payment via Paypal - Twint payment (for Switzerland). The order process enables the buyer to validate his choices, check delivery charges, accept the GTCS, then finalize the purchase. All validated orders are considered as sales contracts. Article 5. Reservation of ownership
The products remain the property of Cloop until full payment has been received.
Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has 14 working days from receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal, without justification and provided that the product has not been used. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made by La Poste, Colissimo or DHL, depending on the region. Packages are delivered with a tracking number. In the event of delivery exceeding 30 days, the order may be cancelled and reimbursed. The purchaser must check the condition of the parcel on receipt. Any complaint must be made to the carrier within 3 days.
Article 8. Warranty
All products are covered by the legal warranty against hidden defects. Returns for defects must be reported in writing within 30 days of receipt to : [contact@cloop.ch].
Article 9. Liability
Cloop declines all responsibility in the event of incidents linked to the use of the Internet: loss of data, hacking, viruses, etc. Its obligation is an obligation of means.
Article 10. Intellectual property rights
All content on www.cloop.ch is the exclusive property of Cloop. Any reproduction, even partial, is forbidden without written authorization.
Article 11. Personal data
